Linguine Carbonara

Ingredients

  • Linguine
  • Olive Oil
  • Bacon
  • Mushroom
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Beaten Egg
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt
  • Blackpepper

Directions

1. Boil Linguine to the salted water.

2. Cook bacon until crisp, add onion, garlic & mushrooms

4. Add beaten egg, add parmesan cheese

This is my first attempt to cook carbonara pasta and too bad the egg is scrambled. :( i think i overcooked the dish and next time i should do it really fast!

Ground Beef Taco

  • Ground Beef
  • Chopped Tomato
  • Garlic
  • Taco Shells
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Chili / Tomato Sauce
  • Taco Seasoning
  • Blackpepper
  • Salt

1. Heat oil, add garlic and ground beef until browned

2. Add chopped tomato, tomato sauce, & taco seasoning

3. Prepare the taco shells, fill with all the ingredients at (2)

4. Add grated cheddar cheese.
